\ud83d\udd39 Customer Lifecycle Oversight:<\/strong>
Manage the full journey from booking to possession<\/strong>, ensuring smooth documentation, demand generation, payment tracking, and handover processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 CRM Strategy & Process Improvement:<\/strong>
Develop and implement best-in-class CRM practices<\/strong>, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Team Leadership:<\/strong>
Lead and mentor the CRM team across projects, ensuring alignment with customer commitments, timelines, and brand standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Cross-functional Coordination:<\/strong>
Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing for timely resolution of queries, documentation, and project updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Escalation & Grievance Management:<\/strong>
Address and resolve high-level escalations, customer complaints, and exceptional cases professionally and empathetically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Regulatory & Documentation Compliance:<\/strong>
Ensure compliance with RERA<\/strong>, legal documentation (Agreements, Allotment, Possession Letters), and audit readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Tech & CRM Platform Oversight:<\/strong>
Monitor usage of real estate CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or custom platforms); guide team in using dashboards, workflows, and data analytics effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfaf Key Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Qualification: Graduate\/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
12+ years of experience in CRM\/Post-Sales in Real Estate (Residential or Commercial)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proven leadership managing large CRM\/post-sales teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In-depth knowledge of RERA, documentation, customer finance, collections & handovers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication, escalation handling, and client relationship skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong proficiency in CRM systems & MS Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
