Join a leading Real Estate company on a prestigious government commercial building project! We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Planning & Execution Manager<\/strong> to lead end-to-end construction planning, scheduling, and execution efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Lead project scheduling, monitoring, and on-ground execution of commercial\/government construction sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare and maintain work schedules using MS Project \/ Primavera<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with site teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Review drawings and documents for accuracy, compliance, and approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure project progress reporting, status updates, and documentation as per client and internal protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with government departments, contractors, and consultants on all project execution fronts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccc Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 8+ years in planning & execution of government or commercial building projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Education:<\/strong> B.E. \/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders not eligible).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical Tools:<\/strong> MS Project \/ Primavera \/ AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Soft Skills:<\/strong>\n

Strong leadership and coordination ability<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Effective communication with government stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making<\/li>\n\n\n\n
