Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect<\/strong> with a deep understanding of modern software architecture, microservices, cloud environments, and scalable application design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting high-performance solutions and leading technical strategy across projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure architectures<\/strong> using Python and Microservices frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Define and drive architecture vision across complex systems involving Docker, AWS, and Kafka<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide technical leadership<\/strong> and decision-making guidance to engineering teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into architectural designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high performance and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead code reviews<\/strong>, architecture audits<\/strong>, and provide mentorship to technical team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure that solutions align with enterprise-level architectural standards<\/strong> and security practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Strong hands-on experience with Python<\/strong> and related frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture<\/strong>, including service discovery, load balancing, and API Gateway management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Expertise in Docker<\/strong> for containerization and deployment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Advanced working knowledge of AWS Cloud services<\/strong> (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Practical experience with Kafka<\/strong> for streaming data and event-driven architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Deep architectural understanding of enterprise-grade systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Preferred Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
16+ years of software engineering and solution design experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven track record of leading architecture efforts for large-scale applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to work independently, mentor junior architects\/developers, and influence senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
