\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
End-to-end IT recruitment across domains such as software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and vendor references.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic\/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations and closures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and status updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Good understanding of IT technologies and current trends in hiring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Professional, confident, and proactive approach to sourcing and client coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
