\n
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identify and convert new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage the complete sales cycle \u2014 from lead generation and pitching to closing and after-sales service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to drive customer satisfaction and market penetration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline updates to leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mentor junior sales executives and help build a high-performing regional sales team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven track record of B2B or B2C sales success in a mid or senior role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in CRM tools, data-driven selling, and regional market understanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
