Oversee physical infrastructure, including factories, warehouses, and admin spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure Green Building compliance, energy efficiency, and water\/waste management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and repair costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare annual budgets after 6\u20139 months and track performance to control costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Develop centralized procurement strategy for tools, equipment, and raw materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
