\u2705 Procurement & Purchasing:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Execute end-to-end procurement of civil materials and services as per project requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain updated knowledge of civil construction items, specs, and vendor rates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Vendor & Contract Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Draft, review, and manage contracts ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Tendering & Negotiations:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Float tenders, evaluate bids, and conduct rate analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Finalize vendor selection through commercial negotiations and award process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Material & Cost Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Ensure timely availability of materials at site as per project plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track material movement, validate consumption, and avoid overstocking or wastage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support in BOQ validations and cost optimization strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Required Skills & Attributes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Strong understanding of civil materials, market rates, and construction schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Good negotiation, documentation, and vendor evaluation capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience in ERP systems (SAP\/Oracle\/others preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication and coordination skills across functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
