\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Payroll Management:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees with 100% accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Validate salary structures, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements pre-disbursement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, PT, and LWF contributions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Respond to payroll-related employee queries (salary, tax, deductions, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Taxation & TDS Compliance:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Compute TDS as per Income Tax Act and deposit on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
File quarterly and annual TDS returns (Form 24Q, Form 16, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Advise employees on tax planning and investment declarations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Statutory Compliance & Audits:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare for and handle internal, statutory, and ISO audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain audit-ready reports and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Employee Benefits Administration:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Manage leave, LTA, gratuity, and F&F settlements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle exceptional cases like retirement, death benefits, or post-retirement extensions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Process ESIC returns and assessments including Form 7A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Process & Compliance Integration:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Ensure compensation structures align with internal frameworks and legal guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead the Annual Increment Process and review for compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate global integration-related processes where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Gratuity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, SAP, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong MS Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, formulas).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Familiar with ISO audit processes and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
