Drive revenue growth by onboarding startups, SMEs, and large enterprises to flexible workspace solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, real estate heads, and key decision-makers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Execute targeted outreach strategies via brokers and channel partners for lead generation and deal closures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle end-to-end enterprise sales cycles\u2014lead nurturing, proposal pitching, negotiation, and closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead and coach the city revenue team to exceed revenue and occupancy targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor and improve sales funnel efficiency, including forecasting and pipeline management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and demand drivers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, legal, and client teams for seamless execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Represent the brand in external forums, networking events, and industry connects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree (MBA preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
8+ years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate sales, or coworking industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven ability to manage long-cycle, consultative sales processes and enterprise accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in CRM or enterprise SaaS sales tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to lead under pressure, with high emotional intelligence and team management capability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
