Own revenue and membership growth across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build strategic relationships with CXOs, Heads of Real Estate, HR, and Founders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closure for workspace leasing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead a high-performance sales team, ensuring target achievement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage broker relationships and real estate channel partnerships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Oversee market expansion strategies and competitive analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Represent the brand at key networking events and conferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree (MBA preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
8+ years in enterprise sales, commercial real estate, or coworking space leasing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven leadership in managing sales teams and high-value clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools; knowledge of real estate micro-markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
