\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Drive revenue via managed office space (MOS) sales through direct clients and channel partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build and manage a strong pipeline using leads from IPCs, LPCs, and brokers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct regular sales reviews and pipeline strategy meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead RFP\/RFQ\/tender responses and guide clients through proposal to closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Develop channel partner relationships and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and competitor tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Partner with internal teams for successful site visits, negotiations, and contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
10+ years in real estate sales, commercial leasing, or coworking business development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent sales negotiation and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience dealing with CXO-level stakeholders and long sales cycles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Knowledge of legal terms in leasing, proposals, and contract execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
High proficiency in Excel and data-driven sales planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
