Role Overview:<\/strong>
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Java Developer<\/strong> to join a dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Java development and backend system design, with strong expertise in multithreading<\/strong>, Kafka<\/strong>, and Spring Boot<\/strong> frameworks. The role involves building scalable, high-performance applications and contributing to architecture-level decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend applications with a focus on scalability and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Leverage multithreading<\/strong> to optimize application performance and processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Design and implement Kafka-based<\/strong> messaging and streaming pipelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build and maintain RESTful APIs<\/strong> using Spring Boot<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability and availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure seamless CI\/CD and deployment processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
7\u201311 years of relevant experience in backend development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong command of Java fundamentals and object-oriented design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven experience with Kafka<\/strong>, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Deep understanding of multithreading<\/strong>, concurrency, and performance tuning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern development tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
