Finance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccd Location: Ahmedabad<br>\ud83d\udcca Experience: 10-15 Years<br>\ud83c\udfed Industry: Construction &amp; Building Infrastructure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead corporate finance strategy, capital planning, fundraising, debt syndication, and investor relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive financial structuring and funding closure for land acquisitions, joint ventures, redevelopment, and real estate development projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, working capital, and fund allocation across multiple project entities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, tax planning, assessments, and complex real estate transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with RERA, applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and financial reporting obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee financial statements, audits, internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead ERP improvements and integrate finance operations with sales, procurement, project execution, billing, and collections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize borrowing costs, strengthen financial discipline, and provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build, mentor, and lead finance, taxation, and accounting teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You\u2019ll Bring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with active ICAI membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10\u201315+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, taxation, accounting, and financial leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience in real estate development, property finance, and multi-project financial management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in debt funding, private equity transactions, financial modelling, investment appraisal, and lender negotiations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Ind AS 115, RERA financial requirements, GST, JDA\/JV structures, and real estate taxation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing consolidated financial reporting, statutory audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise finance systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and support strategic business decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High integrity, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To Apply : Email on <a href=\"mailto:ajay.k@mitrhr.com\">ajay.k@mitrhr.com<\/a>, <a href=\"mailto:prajwala.s@mitrhr.com\">prajwala.s@mitrhr.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udccd Location: Ahmedabad\ud83d\udcca Experience: 10-15 Years\ud83c\udfed Industry: Construction &amp;
