Role Overview:<\/strong>
We are looking for a visionary Deputy General Manager \u2013 Digital Transformation<\/strong> to lead technology strategy, automation, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-level digital applications, SAP\/WFX implementations, and the ability to drive process optimization across manufacturing and export operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Develop and execute a tech strategy aligned with business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead digital transformation across design, production, and supply chain functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Implement Industry 4.0 solutions and process automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage robust IT infrastructure and ensure data security compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Oversee SAP\/WFX implementations (minimum 2 end-to-end projects), especially in Finance module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide strategic direction on SAP\/WFX application roadmap and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure application uptime, incident resolution, change management, and stakeholder coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement analytics, CRM, and ERP tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Enable real-time decision-making using manufacturing data analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless digital adoption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure continuity and resilience of core applications and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong expertise in SAP\/WFX project management (esp. Finance module)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Digital applications & portals for manufacturing and logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n
IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor & stakeholder management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Industry 4.0, automation, analytics tools, incident & change management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
