manufacturing, preferably in <strong>Chemical \/ Agrochemical \/ Pesticide production<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience handling <strong>production shifts and shop-floor operations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong exposure to <strong>chemical processes, reactor operations, distillation, scrubbers, chilling systems, and solvent handling<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing operators and contract workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of <strong>SOPs, safety procedures, work permits, PPE, and process safety<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to coordinate with <strong>Maintenance, Stores, HR, Safety, and Plant Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in troubleshooting production issues and minimizing downtime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you\u2019ll bring:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B.Tech. \/ B.E. in Chemical Engineering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong production planning and shift-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and safe operating practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to identify root causes and take timely corrective action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to <strong>quality, safety, productivity, and 5S practices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you\u2019ll bring:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul
