\u2022 Background in manufacturing, auto components, electronics or power electronics
\u2022 Candidates selling components\/products to OEM or Tier-1 customers will be preferred
\u2022 Exposure to magnetic components or magnetic materials<\/strong> will be an advantage
\u2022 Candidates without direct magnet-industry experience may also be considered if they have automotive sales experience and knowledge of magnetic materials
\u2022 Strong understanding of customer requirements, RFQs, quotations and product development<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience managing OEM\/Tier-1 customer relationships
\u2022 Project coordination and customer-facing skills
\u2022 Good understanding of automotive components and manufacturing processes
\u2022 Knowledge of magnetic materials\/components is an added advantage
\u2022 Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office
\u2022 Familiarity with customer portals such as Extranet and Enovia<\/strong> is beneficial
\u2022 Self-driven attitude with willingness to travel and learn<\/p>\n\n\n\n
