Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Drive leasing of office spaces for assigned commercial properties, focusing on MNCs and corporate clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Create and execute strategies for business development, market penetration, and competitor analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage end-to-end leasing cycle \u2013 from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build strong broker\/consultant networks and manage corporate relations to drive occupancy and revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct market feasibility studies for upcoming projects and ensure strategic tenant mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead corporate presentations, client site visits, and relationship building for long-term leasing success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, design, projects, customer service) to ensure seamless execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track leasing performance, revenue realization, and ensure compliance with leasing processes and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Assist in budgeting, deal structuring, and approval processes as per internal delegation policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
15+ years of experience in business development, especially in commercial real estate or hospitality (Tier 1 hotel background preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong experience in leasing, client relationship management, and deal negotiations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven ability to lead strategic planning, revenue generation, and broker\/channel partner management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
