Role Overview:<\/strong>
We\u2019re hiring a strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical professional to join the Founder\u2019s Office as Head of Strategy. This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with the Managing Director on mission-critical projects across business functions. You\u2019ll be at the center of business transformation\u2014driving cross-functional initiatives, enabling data-led decision-making, and acting as a thought partner to senior leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Work closely with the MD on strategic planning, project execution, and business priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business performance analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, finance, product, and marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Develop business cases, presentations, and insights for leadership and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor business KPIs and propose actionable improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identify and solve key operational bottlenecks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Act as a bridge between the Founder\u2019s Office and key internal\/external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support with investor relations, board documentation, and high-level reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
4\u20137 years of experience in strategy roles, consulting, or fast-growing startups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with project ownership mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multitask, and work with high accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prior experience working directly with senior leadership or founders is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
