or related construction chemicals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience handling <strong>both project and retail\/channel sales<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of dealer, distributor, contractor, builder, architect, and applicator networks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience acquiring and managing <strong>private and government projects<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience in <strong>team handling, coaching, and performance management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with <strong>P&amp;L responsibility<\/strong> and resource optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of market dynamics, competition, pricing, and customer requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduate \/ Postgraduate qualification preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you&#8217;ll bring :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong business development and market-expansion capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to drive sales from strategy and planning through execution and closure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, applicators, dealers, and other key influencers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to develop channel partners and improve product penetration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive customer acquisition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commercial understanding and focus on ROI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to use market intelligence to develop effective sales strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ownership of revenue
