FICO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience leading <strong>SAP FICO implementations and transformation projects<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise across <strong>FI and CO<\/strong>, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General Ledger (GL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounts Payable (AP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounts Receivable (AR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asset Accounting (AA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlling (CO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>SAP S\/4HANA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with <strong>ECC to S\/4HANA migration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience implementing or working with <strong>New GL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong SAP FICO configuration and integration expertise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience integrating FICO with <strong>MM, SD, PP<\/strong>, and other systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with data migration, UAT, testing, and deployment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing custom enhancements and system improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>SOX compliance and internal controls<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience leading and mentoring SAP consulting teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you&#8217;ll bring :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP FICO solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing projects through the complete lifecycle\u2014from blueprinting and configuration to go-live and support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience driving process improvements and SAP optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong documentation, training, and change-management capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A results-oriented approach with strong leadership and
