Role Overview:<\/strong>
We\u2019re hiring a Vendor & Supply Manager to lead the procurement, performance, and expansion of our 2-wheeler delivery partner network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management and logistics, ensuring seamless last-mile operations across multiple cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Identify, onboard, and manage reliable 2-wheeler delivery partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Negotiate contracts with favorable terms and pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Optimize delivery operations through performance data and KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capacity with operational needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Regularly review contracts and manage renewals and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare reports on delivery trends, vendor effectiveness, and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure delivery partners meet all legal, regulatory, and safety standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build strong relationships with vendors to support long-term scalability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
3\u20135 years of experience in vendor or logistics management, ideally in last-mile or e-commerce delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong skills in vendor negotiations, contract handling, and operational analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience working across geographies with a focus on performance-driven delivery supply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
