Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant<\/strong> to lead the finance function. The role demands strong expertise in financial compliance, reporting, and cost management, with an ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Accounting & Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with Ind AS, GST, TDS, and other statutory norms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Taxation & Audits:<\/strong> Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinate with auditors, and manage all statutory filings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
MIS & Financial Reporting:<\/strong> Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analytical reports for internal review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Cost Management:<\/strong> Monitor and analyse financial data to control costs and drive profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stakeholder Coordination:<\/strong> Liaise with banks, tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies for finance-related matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Team Leadership:<\/strong> Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Education:<\/strong> Chartered Accountant (CA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounting (logistics or delivery platform experience preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical Skills:<\/strong> Strong command over ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modelling<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Compliance Knowledge:<\/strong> Well-versed in Indian taxation, corporate regulations, and audit practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
