Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
You will lead end-to-end operations for domestic MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), driving strategic planning, flawless execution, and profitability across corporate events, dealer meets, incentive tours, and trade shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Operational Leadership:<\/strong> Oversee all phases of domestic MICE projects\u2014planning, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strategy & Design:<\/strong> Develop and implement operational strategies tailored to each event type (corporate events, incentive tours, conferences, exhibitions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Client Collaboration:<\/strong> Partner with sales and account teams to capture client objectives and translate them into customized MICE solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Vendor Management:<\/strong> Negotiate rates and manage relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, venues, transport vendors, and other suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Cost Optimization:<\/strong> Drive budget control and margin enhancement without compromising service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Team Management:<\/strong> Mentor, coach, and monitor performance of the MICE operations team; ensure clear delegation and training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Site Inspections:<\/strong> Conduct venue recce, finalize contracts, and validate service arrangements per client briefs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Compliance & Safety:<\/strong> Guarantee adherence to health, safety, legal, and client-specific standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitoring & Reporting:<\/strong> Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables; maintain MIS reports, feedback analyses, and post-event closure documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Problem-Solving:<\/strong> Address real-time challenges with strategic solutions to ensure seamless event delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Proven track record in domestic MICE operations within the travel & tourism industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong negotiation skills and a network of vendor contacts across Mumbai and pan-India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
