Position:<\/strong> Draughtsman \u2013 High-Rise Residential Projects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd50 Experience:<\/strong> 2 years, Relevant experience in high-rise residential buildings within Mumbai suburbs\/city (mandatory)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman<\/strong> with hands-on exposure to high-rise residential projects (up to 70 meters \/ 23 floors) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GFC drawings and capable of collaborating across multiple design and execution teams to ensure precision and compliance at all construction stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Prepare comprehensive GFC drawings: setting-out plans, centerline plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts for lift lobbies, staircases, kitchens, toilets, electricals, furniture, and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Create technical layouts for Open Footings, Retaining Walls, Raft, STP, Pump Room, Car Pit, Piling, and Rainwater Harvesting systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP consultants, and on-site execution teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare area statements: MOFA Carpet Area, RERA Carpet Area, BUA, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct site inspections to verify execution as per approved GFC drawings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Visit sites to check slab readiness and critical construction designs prior to casting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Explain and clarify drawings and specifications to execution teams (engineers\/site staff).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy drawings and documentation for efficient retrieval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Required Expertise:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Proven experience with high-rise residential buildings (23+ floors) in Mumbai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong understanding of technical drawings, detailing, and on-site construction practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent coordination and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
