Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Corporate Trainer<\/strong> specializing in MERN<\/strong>, MEAN<\/strong>, or Java Full Stack Development<\/strong>. In this client-facing training role, you\u2019ll design and deliver hands-on, high-impact training sessions, mentor learners, and help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application across PAN India locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Deliver end-to-end training sessions on MERN \/ MEAN \/ Java Full Stack technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Customize training modules as per client needs and audience skill levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Design engaging learning materials including labs, projects, assignments, and assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mentor and guide participants throughout the training journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Troubleshoot issues faced by learners during sessions and assist in practical problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Evaluate participant progress via tests, interactive discussions, and hands-on projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain a positive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stay up to date with the latest full stack technologies and integrate best practices into training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide post-training support to ensure successful knowledge transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
3+ years of experience in delivering training (corporate, academic, or bootcamp formats).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1+ years of hands-on experience in MERN or MEAN stack OR strong Java Full Stack background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Bonus: Exposure to Java\/DotNet stacks, DevOps practices, or cloud technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
