potential<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Perform market research, demand analysis, and competitive assessments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Review zoning regulations, statutory approvals, and legal compliance requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Develop financial models, project viability assessments, and investment
