Legal Litigation Manager<\/strong> to handle and oversee litigation matters across civil, commercial, corporate, labor, regulatory, and criminal law domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Manage end-to-end litigation matters and dispute resolution processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, petitions, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and regulatory authorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Develop litigation strategies and provide legal risk assessment to management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Handle pre-litigation negotiations, settlements, mediation, and arbitration matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Track ongoing cases, ensure timely filings, and maintain litigation records<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 Advise business teams on legal and regulatory implications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2714 LL.B. degree with Bar Council enrollment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2714 8\u201310 years of litigation experience in corporate legal departments or law firms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2714 Strong expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, labor, consumer, and regulatory laws<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2714 Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2714 Experience appearing before courts, tribunals, consumer forums, and regulatory authorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2b50 Arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2b50 Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
