We are looking for a results-driven Manager \u2013 Growth & Partnerships<\/strong> to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients seeking cross-border e-commerce and export solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Identify and acquire new clients across e-commerce, D2C, and export-focused businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market outreach, and strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored export and logistics solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Present service offerings, conduct solution demonstrations, and prepare customized commercial proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Maintain CRM hygiene, sales reports, and pipeline visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2714 2\u20136 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Client Acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2714 Experience in Exports, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Courier, E-commerce, or Supply Chain industries preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2714 Strong understanding of international shipping, customs processes, compliance, and logistics operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2714 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2714 Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2714 Experience using CRM tools and managing structured sales pipelines. <\/p>\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
