We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager \/ AGM \u2013 Sales<\/strong> with strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate Sales<\/strong> to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and lead high-value commercial transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd11 Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sales & Business Development<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Drive sales and leasing of commercial assets including office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, business parks, and strata units.
\u2022 Generate new business through brokers, IPCs, corporate clients, and direct leads.
\u2022 Identify prospective clients, conduct meetings, and convert opportunities into successful closures.
\u2022 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client Relationship Management<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial property solutions.
\u2022 Present project features, commercial viability, ROI analysis, and investment opportunities.
\u2022 Conduct site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
\u2022 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Market Intelligence & Strategy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Monitor market trends, demand-supply dynamics, rental yields, and competitor activities.
\u2022 Provide recommendations on pricing, positioning, and sales promotions.
\u2022 Prepare sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and MIS dashboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cross-Functional Coordination<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, and project teams for seamless transaction execution.
\u2022 Support lead generation initiatives, campaigns, events, and digital outreach activities.
\u2022 Coordinate documentation, agreements, and compliance processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Leadership<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
\u2022 Conduct training on project knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
\u2022 Drive team productivity, performance reviews, and process adherence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2714 10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales with reputed developers.
\u2714 Strong understanding of office, retail, and investment asset sales.
\u2714 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\u2714 Strong network with IPCs such as JLL, CBRE, Colliers, brokers, and corporate clients.
\u2714 Proven track record of closing high-value commercial transactions.
\u2714 Strong analytical skills with expertise in ROI, rental yield, and commercial projections.
\u2714 Leadership experience with team management capabilities.
