\u2022 Supervise erection and commissioning of batching plants and tower cranes
\u2022 Handle maintenance and operations of heavy construction machinery and equipment
\u2022 Monitor servicing, overhauling, calibration, and performance analysis of machines
\u2022 Ensure optimum utilization of plant and machinery resources across project sites
\u2022 Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and technical teams for smooth execution
\u2022 Maintain compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and statutory regulations
\u2022 Prepare MIS reports, cost analysis, and machinery performance reports
\u2022 Manage issues related to construction equipment and day-to-day site operations
\u2022 Ensure adherence to quality specifications and operational efficiency<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\ud83c\udfaf Required Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Expertise in handling equipment such as Tower Cranes, Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, DG Sets, Passenger Lifts, Builder Hoists, Transit Mixers, and related machinery
\u2022 Knowledge of equipment maintenance, servicing, and operational safety standards
\u2022 Good understanding of construction site operations and machinery planning
\u2022 Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
