through client meetings, references, walk-ins, and channel networks<br>\u2022 Conduct site visits, project presentations, and personalized customer engagement<br>\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI\/UHNI clients and investors<br>\u2022 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets<br>\u2022 Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for seamless sales closures<br>\u2022 Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and client records<br>\u2022 Deliver excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-sales coordination<br>\u2022 Monitor market trends,
