We are looking for a highly accomplished Vice President \u2013 Accounts & Finance<\/strong> with strong expertise in IND AS, IPO\/Listing readiness, and Real Estate Finance<\/strong> to lead strategic and operational finance functions for a fast-growing organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations including financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, audits, and compliance \u2022 Strong hands-on experience in IND AS-compliant financial reporting<\/strong> \u2022 Chartered Accountant (CA) \u2013 Mandatory \u2714 Real Estate \/ Infrastructure industry background

\u2022 Drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis
\u2022 Ensure complete compliance with IND AS<\/strong>, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and statutory requirements
\u2022 Lead IPO \/ BSE \/ NSE listing readiness, DRHP coordination, due diligence, and investor-related activities
\u2022 Manage project finance, WIP accounting, RERA compliance, escrow management, and project-level financial controls
\u2022 Oversee consolidated financial reporting for subsidiaries, SPVs, and joint ventures
\u2022 Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, structured funding, and capital raising initiatives
\u2022 Partner with leadership teams on strategic business decisions and expansion plans
\u2022 Build and mentor high-performing finance, taxation, and compliance teams
\u2022 Present financial insights and reports to the Board, Audit Committee, and senior stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\ud83c\udfaf Required Skills & Expertise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Proven expertise in IPO \/ BSE \/ NSE listing processes<\/strong> and SEBI regulations
\u2022 Deep understanding of Real Estate Finance, RERA, JDA structures, and project accounting<\/strong>
\u2022 Strong exposure to treasury, taxation, audit management, and compliance frameworks
\u2022 Expertise in financial strategy, governance, and board-level reporting
\u2022 Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities
\u2022 Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
