\u2022 Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation
\u2022 Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and governance standards
\u2022 Advise leadership on legal risks, policies, and strategic business decisions
\u2022 Handle litigation management and coordinate with external legal counsels
\u2022 Manage corporate structuring, due diligence, and regulatory filings
\u2022 Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership agreements
\u2022 Ensure timely legal support for business operations and projects
\u2022 Develop and implement legal policies, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
