\u2022 Support corporate governance practices and ensure timely regulatory filings
\u2022 Draft and review legal and corporate documents
\u2022 Provide guidance on compliance-related and corporate legal matters
\u2022 Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, and regulatory bodies when required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
