We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head<\/strong> with strong expertise in plant maintenance, utility management, automation systems, and preventive maintenance operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Monitor and control machine and equipment breakdowns \u2022 Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Servo Drives, and VFD systems<\/strong> \u2022 Experience in manufacturing or industrial plant maintenance
\n\n\n\n\ud83d\udd11 Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for machines and utilities
\u2022 Ensure healthy operational condition of all plant equipment
\u2022 Handle utility maintenance including Compressor, DG, and HVAC systems
\u2022 Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintenance planning
\u2022 Monitor and improve MTTR \/ MTBF performance
\u2022 Drive improvement initiatives and energy-saving projects
\u2022 Support installation and commissioning of new machines and assembly lines
\u2022 Handle PLC\/HMI programming modifications and logic development
\u2022 Ensure statutory and safety compliance as per government norms
\u2022 Coordinate with HO for new product and facility development
\u2022 Monitor daily energy, diesel, and water consumption
\u2022 Maintain strong vendor coordination and support departmental KPIs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in utility maintenance and industrial automation
\u2022 Basic understanding of SAP \/ ERP systems
\u2022 Knowledge of IATF 16949 documentation
\u2022 Strong troubleshooting and maintenance planning skills
\u2022 Good communication and team management abilities
\u2022 Hands-on experience with MS Office tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
