Manage relationships with third-party providers for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and facilities.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company\u2019s mission and business objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to create a management succession plan that supports company goals.
Design competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.
Build robust talent acquisition pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Foster an inclusive workplace, ensuring hiring, onboarding, and management practices support diversity and equal opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Proven ability to establish HR practices and administrative functions for organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Proficiency with HR software and budgeting tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
