\u2022 Maintain procurement records, vendor contracts, and documentation
\u2022 Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages and delays
\u2022 Build strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards
\u2022 Track market trends and pricing to achieve cost optimization
\u2022 Verify vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payment processing
