\u2022 Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs like attendance, leave, incentives, and reimbursements
\u2022 Validate and reconcile data across HRMS and finance systems
\u2022 Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, income tax, etc.)
\u2022 Support payroll audits and maintain compliance documentation
\u2022 Collaborate with finance for payroll funding and reconciliations
\u2022 Resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits
\u2022 Generate payroll MIS reports and provide insights
\u2022 Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting payroll<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\ud83c\udfaf What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
\u2022 Hands-on experience with HRMS\/payroll tools (Zoho preferred<\/strong>)
\u2022 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)<\/strong>
\u2022 High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
\u2022 Good communication and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\u2b50 Preferred<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Knowledge of income tax calculations and Form 16 generation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
