We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant<\/strong> with strong experience in real estate finance, project accounting, and taxation to support financial operations and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Manage project-wise financial closures (monthly, quarterly, annual) \u2022 Qualified CA with 4\u20136 years post-qualification experience \u2022 Experience handling multiple real estate projects

\u2022 Handle project accounting, cost allocation, and profitability tracking
\u2022 Oversee WIP, revenue recognition, and variance analysis
\u2022 Ensure GST compliance, reconciliations, and direct tax filings
\u2022 Support audits, statutory compliance, and RERA requirements
\u2022 Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital
\u2022 Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\ud83c\udfaf What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong knowledge of real estate accounting & taxation (GST, RERA)
\u2022 Hands-on experience in project accounting and financial closures
\u2022 Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
\u2022 Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\u2b50 Preferred<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Exposure to RERA compliance and funding structures
\u2022 Knowledge of JDAs, land accounting, and revenue-sharing models<\/p>\n\n\n\n
