We are looking for an experienced IT Manager<\/strong> to lead and manage end-to-end technology operations, ensuring seamless system performance and strong data security across business functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software \u2022 5\u20138 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality or similar environments \u2022 Experience in luxury hospitality setups

\u2022 Ensure smooth functioning of Wi-Fi, internet, and internal systems
\u2022 Oversee hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, and payment integrations
\u2022 Support guest-facing technologies and digital experiences
\u2022 Implement cybersecurity practices and data protection protocols
\u2022 Provide IT support across departments (Front Office, F&B, Finance, HR, etc.)
\u2022 Manage IT vendors, procurement, and system upgrades
\u2022 Ensure timely maintenance, updates, and compliance documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong knowledge of PMS, POS systems, networking, and servers
