Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prepare and manage accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out projects in Retail, Cinema, or Hospitality sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with design and client requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage vendor and contractor billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain detailed records and reports for project costing and progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Critical Skills and Qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n
B.E.\/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Minimum 6 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying for interior fit-outs in Retail, Cinema, or Hospitality sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in quantity surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficient in MS Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
