\u2022 Manage mechanical, electrical, civil, and utility operations across the plant
\u2022 Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
\u2022 Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and control costs
\u2022 Lead installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery and systems
\u2022 Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational issues
\u2022 Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
\u2022 Manage capital projects, budgets, and timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\ud83c\udfaf What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong expertise in industrial maintenance and plant operations
\u2022 Experience in equipment manufacturing (towers, monopoles, steel structures, PEB, solar structures, etc.)
\u2022 Hands-on knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems, utilities, and plant maintenance
\u2022 Proven experience in project management and process optimization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\u2b50 Good to Have<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Knowledge of CAD, CMMS, PLC automation, hydraulics & pneumatics
\u2022 Experience with material handling systems and industrial automation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
