\u2022 Coordinate with contractors and vendors for finishes and fa\u00e7ade work
\u2022 Identify and resolve design\/site issues to ensure timely delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong experience in high-rise residential\/commercial projects
\u2022 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
\u2022 Good understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and construction quality
\u2022 Strong coordination and communication skills
\u2022 Ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders effectively<\/p>\n\n\n\n
