We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the real estate or construction industry to manage procurement operations and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase requisitions and vendor quotations.
• Prepare comparative statements and finalize purchase orders.
• Manage vendor search, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6 years’ experience in procurement/purchase (real estate or construction industry required).
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and suppliers.
