Are you an experienced plant operations leader with a strong background in construction-related plants such as RMC, Asphalt, Crusher, Batching, Fabrication, or Precast? We are seeking a Plant Operations Head to drive efficiency, safety, and quality across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across multiple plants.
• Oversee production, dispatch, and maintenance for timely project delivery.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and environmental standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements.
• Manage and mentor plant teams for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project execution teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years’ experience in plant operations (construction / infrastructure sector preferred).
• Strong technical expertise in RMC, Crushers, Asphalt, Precast, or Batching Plants.
• Proficiency in ERP, production planning tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering (postgraduate in Ops/Industrial Mgmt. is a plus).
