About the Role
We are looking for a PCB Designer with hands-on experience in PCB layout and CAD design. The candidate will handle the full PCB design lifecycle, from library creation to fabrication-ready files, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create PCB schematics and libraries for complex components and footprints.
• Design 2–4 layer PCBs following IPC and MIL standards.
• Manage complete PCB design flow: library creation → layout → DRC → Gerber release → fabrication.
• Conduct DFM, DFA, DFT checks to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
• Perform quality checks for footprints, layout files, and assembly documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear documentation.

Technical Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with PCB design tools and CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards for footprint creation and layout.
• Experience in DRC, post-processing, and generating FAB & assembly files.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
