• Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or NVOCC sales
• Strong customer acquisition and business development skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities across different industry verticals
• Experience managing existing customer relationships and reactivating inactive accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of market and competitor trends

• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow business volumes
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and industry networks
• Confidence in handling quotations, sales enquiries, and commercial discussions
• Good understanding of containerized cargo and NVOCC operations
