🎯 Key Responsibilities

β€’ Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

β€’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize property sales.

β€’ Identify new business opportunities and lead generation channels.

β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

β€’ Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.

β€’ Negotiate deals and support the team in successful sales closures.

β€’ Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

β€’ Track sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts for management review.

β€’ Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

β€’ Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to transaction completion.

β€’ Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, and follow-up processes.

βœ… Required Qualifications

β€’ 5+ years of experience in real estate or property sales.

β€’ Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.

β€’ Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.

β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

β€’ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
