Location: NCR (HQ-based with multi-city coordination)

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end product listings and assortment across quick commerce platforms

-Coordinate with platform category teams for onboarding, visibility, and growth initiatives

-Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and in-app placements

-Monitor performance metrics including sales, ROI, conversion rates, and optimize accordingly

-Work with marketing and creative teams for content, banners, and campaign assets

-Ensure pricing accuracy, inventory alignment, and SLA compliance

-Drive expansion across new cities and manage SKU launches

-Oversee inventory planning across multiple pin codes

-Coordinate with agencies for performance marketing and content optimization

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing quick commerce channels

-Strong working knowledge of seller panels and backend tools across q-commerce platforms

-Experience with ad dashboards, A/B testing, and content optimization

-Strong analytical and reporting skills

-Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities

-FMCG or beverage category exposure preferred

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
