Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management

-Manage commercial activities across multiple projects.

-Ensure alignment with business objectives and cost efficiency.

-Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Financial Oversight

-Monitor project budgets and costs.

-Track project profitability and financial performance.

-Provide insights to improve financial efficiency.

Contract & Procurement Management

-Manage procurement planning and execution.

-Handle vendor selection and negotiations.

-Ensure timely procurement and cost optimization.

-Manage contracts and commercial terms with vendors.

Cross-Functional Coordination

-Collaborate with project and operations teams.

-Identify risks and improvement opportunities.

-Support smooth project execution.

Compliance & Governance

-Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

-Maintain proper documentation and approvals.

-Follow procurement and commercial best practices.

Reporting & Analysis

-Prepare regular commercial and procurement reports.

-Track cost performance and procurement status.

-Highlight risks and improvement areas.

Team Leadership

-Guide and mentor procurement team members.

-Drive accountability and performance.

-Encourage continuous improvement.
